- Orders must be presented by e-mail and placed before 12pm the day before. (Orders can be placed by telephone but with confirmation also sent by e-mail).
- There is a minimum order amount of £50, otherwise a £10 administration fee will be charged.
- Orders placed after our office hours cannot be guaranteed for the following day.
- Delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Lunch orders for 12pm will be delivered between 10am and 12pm. Contact our office in the morning (from 7am) and we will advise order availability and delivery time.
- Any orders that fall out of our catchment area (outside Central London), there is a minimum order and a delivery charge.
- Our normal office hours are 8am – 5.30pm.
- Invoices will be subject to value added tax at the prevailing rate.
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
- Green Onion guarantees that it treats all client information with the utmost respect and privacy. Details of our customers will never be passed to a 3rd party under any circumstances.
Prices- All of our menu prices exclude VAT, it will then be charged where applicable in keeping with current VAT regulations.
- Payment

We require all first orders be settled on the day of
delivery by cheque or credit card. Following successful
completion of your first order, we will be happy to set
up a credit account. Please speak to our sales team on
020 7125 0266. The payment terms are strictly 14 days
from the date of invoice. Green Onion Catering reserves
the right to charge 2% above HSBC base rate on overdue
invoices. Customer queries must be submitted in writing
within 24 hours of the delivery.

next day delivery, orders can also be placed via the

- Delivery

Delivery is free within Central London (W1, WC1, SE1,
SW1. EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, NW1, WC2, and W2) we will
deliver outside these postcodes but there may be a small
charge, please call us to discuss your requirements.
- Cancellations
- We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours. We prepare all food fresh on the day of delivery, if you are able to contact us before your food is prepared we will be able to cancel your order without charge. However, if the food has been prepared you will be subject to a full charge.
