understand the need to have a menu selection for our
clients who have specific dietary requirements. We
proudly offer menus to caterer for Gluten Free, Dairy
Free, allergies and Vegans.
In our menus we have aimed to combine the strongest influences on today’s eating patterns – health and nutrition; constantly evolving innovation and an expectation for quality and excellence. To make the process of selecting healthy menus simpler and more accessible for clients we have devised menus which combine all these elements.
Understanding Dietary requirements:- Lactose Intolerant: An inability or insufficient ability to digest lactose, a sugar found in milk and milk products
- Dairy free: A diet that avoids all products made from cow, goat & sheep’s milk e.g. milk, cheese, cream, yoghurt and butter
- Gluten Free: A diet completely free of ingredients derived from gluten-containing cereals: wheat barley, rye, and triticale, as well as use of gluten as a food additive in the form of a flavouring, stabilizing or thickening agent
- Vegan: No animal or dairy products at all (includes dairy products)
- Vegetarian: Exclude all meat and fish
- Nut Allergy: Intolerant to any form of nuts in food (including peanut oils) or in surrounding prep area
- Shellfish: Intolerant to any form of shelled fish (also applies to strict Jewish diets)
- Halal: Meat from animals that have been slaughtered in the prescribed way according to Muslim Law
- No pork: Specific requirement for no pork in menu option
- No Fish: Individual does not eat fish but can eat meat
